Finished and I have the files to prove it! Oh what a beautiful sight. Fear of Death, my first new Rachel Rising story in years is completed, assembled and ready for the printer. And against all odds considering I haven't had a snack in at least 20 minutes. Tonight, we feast! #RachelRising #comicbook #kickstarterexclusive
And ps. The How To Draw books are printed and in transit now. I have samples in hand and they are perfect! It takes 6 weeks for them to cross the Pacific on a boat, then allow a couple of weeks for them to truck from the port of LA to Houston. When they arrive we will be ready for them and start filling orders! Very exciting! —Terry

Happy New Year my friends! A few items of note today:
Reminder to 13% of you to complete your surveys. The other 87% have turned in theirs and they're all getting straight A's plus whatever they ordered! The surveys are important, that's how we know WHAT to send you and WHERE to send it!
Just received notice from USPS their International rates are increasing 4-8% starting January 18. Ugh!
The Pre-Order store is now open on Backerkit, if you know someone who missed the Kickstarter campaign you can save them from a lifetime of regret by letting them know about this second chance!
Robyn tells me there are a few sketches available on the webstore. Even if you think you don't want a gorgeous portrait of Francine or Katchoo, go take a free look around and give us a chance to change your mind, or shop for a friend.
FEAR OF DEATH: I have every page penciled and I'm starting to ink pages now. This story gives me goosebumps! And, you are the first to know: this is a prequel. Consider it Rachel Rising issue #0. Read this and the beginning of Rachel Rising will suddenly make more sense to you. I had all these details in mind all along but that can get lost when told over hundreds of pages. Read Fear of Death and you will have a much better understanding of Lilith's story/agenda and her connection to Zoe. Read this, then reread the opening scenes of Rachel Rising in a new light, Lilith's odd appearance during Rachel's resurrection (why was she there?) and finding Zoe in the kitchen (why was she there?). All that stuff. :)

I want to thank you all for your wonderful support and making this book happen! As I write this there are just 2 days left on our kickstarter for How To Draw 2026 and I'm trying to let the rest of the world know about it via my social media. As you know, that is a challenge against the algorithms. What happens is the kickstarter will finish and I'll get messages for the next few months from people who didn't know about it.
